Editor's note – October 2017

Air Transport Publications will be holding its fourth Aircraft Cabin Maintenance Conference on 28 November at The Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, London Heathrow.

Over the years the event has been running, the aircraft interiors world has seen the introduction of new products and technologies at an ever-increasing pace. These have included super First Class interiors (The Residence by Etihad Airways), upgraded Business Class (Delta One Suites, Qatar Airways’ Q-Suites, United Polaris), as well as advances in seat design, IFE, wifi, connectivity and LED lighting.

All of these have been discussed at previous events and this year will be no exception. Drawing on our industry contacts through MRO Management and Aircraft Cabin Management magazines, our speaker roster typically includes representatives from leading airlines, design agencies and MROs, all of which have firmly established the event as an intense day of specialised presentations combined with excellent networking opportunities with vendors and airlines.

The presentations will mainly be based on case studies. These shared, real life experiences provide detailed accounts of the challenges associated with reconfiguring aircraft cabins, as well as daily maintenance. In addition to offering solutions, there are often insights into improved processes and techniques that can be applied elsewhere.

We already have confirmation from Octaspring/STELIA Aerospace (read article on Octaspring here) and Lufthansa Systems, but we still have speaker places left, so if you would like to participate, please get in touch.
